Responsibilities Create detailed 3D models of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) using relevant software systems. Analyze project requirements and develop detailed engineering plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development to final installation. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of MEP deliverables. Conduct quality checks on MEP models to ensure accuracy and reliability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering and modeling. Proficiency in relevant software systems such as Revit MEP and AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and design principles. Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, designers, and other engineers. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
