The Role Working remotely, you’ll manage warm customer enquiries, build relationships, answer questions and turn opportunities into confirmed bookings. Key Responsibilities Contact warm leads and close bookings Build strong customer relationships Understand and respond to customer needs Follow up with prospective customers Manage sales activity through our CRM Resolve customer queries professionally Consistently achieve sales targets What We Offer Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission OTE R25,000+ per month 100% remote working 40 days paid annual leave Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development Professional written and verbal English Proven ability to work independently Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Resilient and comfortable with rejection Proven success in phone-based sales Target-driven with a history of achieving results Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook CRM experience Strong negotiation and customer issue-resolution skills Own reliable laptop or desktop
