We are looking for someone with a strong construction-side mindset who understands how plumbing and mechanical piping systems are fabricated, coordinated, and installed in the field.The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing fabrication-ready BIM models, producing shop drawings, supporting prefabrication, resolving coordination issues, and working closely with construction teams throughout project execution.Responsibilities Develop highly detailed Plumbing and Mechanical Piping BIM models using Revit and Revit Fabrication Parts. Produce fabrication-ready models, shop drawings, spool drawings, and installation documentation. Perform multidisciplinary MEP coordination using Navisworks and BIM workflows. Identify and resolve clashes and constructability issues before construction. Support prefabrication by producing accurate fabrication models, spool assemblies, and quantity takeoffs. Model piping systems, hangers, supports, sleeves, penetrations, and fabrication assemblies. Coordinate directly with project managers, VDC teams, engineers, fabricators, and field personnel. Ensure models accurately reflect installation requirements and construction sequencing. Participate in coordination meetings and proactively resolve field coordination challenges.Requirements5+ years of experience in Plumbing and/or Mechanical Piping BIM modeling.
