This is not the right opportunity. We are not looking to train people on solar fundamentals for this position. Tools & Support Powur University — live and on-demand training, weekly masterminds, certifications in storage, roofing, and finance AI platform that handles site surveys, permitting, project tracking, and virtual outreach Structured onboarding + optional mentorship A network of high-performing reps across our active markets and a culture built around results A Mission Worth Selling Powur is a Public Benefit Corporation. Every deal you close contributes to funding solar installations for families living without electricity around the world. Your commission isn't just income — it's impact. The Bottom Line The solar industry is consolidating around platform models. Traditional solar companies are losing ground. Powur is the platform that wins in that environment — and we're looking for proven solar sales pros in our active markets who want to own that opportunity, not just punch a clock for it.
