**Who This Role Is For** You're a fully licensed clinician in the Tacoma area — LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW — who wants a high-paying part-time telehealth caseload without the overhead of private practice. Maybe you're already working full-time and want to supplement your income. Maybe you want to scale back and build something more flexible. They're the ones inspiring me!"* **What You Need** - Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington *(required — we cannot hire other license types at this time)* - Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused care - Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems - Availability during afternoon/evening hours **Preferred** - CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based modality experience - School-based or pediatric clinical background - Active NPI and CAQH - Bilingual Spanish/English fluency Pay Range $75—$115 USD
