Position Available We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Responsibilities As a licensed therapist at Sailor Health, you will: - Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting - Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient - Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team - Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools - Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings Who Thrives at Sailor Clinicians who are mission-aligned and passionate about serving older adults.
