### Position Overview We are seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Travel Support Specialist. This remote role focuses on assisting clients with travel-related inquiries, supporting reservation coordination, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the booking process. This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior travel experience is required. Structured onboarding and training are provided. ### Key Responsibilities - Respond to client inquiries regarding travel options, reservations, and itinerary details - Assist with coordinating and confirming bookings for hotels, cruises, and vacation packages - Review travel information for accuracy, including dates, traveler details, and accommodations - Provide timely updates and clear communication before and after travel - Maintain organized records of client interactions and reservations - Deliver professional and responsive customer support ### Qualifications - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail - Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
