We seek A+ talent to help us become the #1 online card destination in the US. **About the role** Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders of Lovepop pop-up card products — working from engineering source files to deliver accurate, on-brand product imagery for e-commerce, marketing, and content production, under the direction of the Lead 3D Generalist. ### Accountabilities - Produce photorealistic 3D renders of Lovepop pop-up card products from engineering or design source files (Rhino, Blender, or equivalent) for e-commerce, marketing, and content production. - Work directly from 3D source files to deliver technically accurate, on-brand product imagery that captures the detail and craftsmanship of each card. - Collaborate with the Design and Content teams to ensure all renders meet the visual, lighting, and quality standards set by the Lead 3D Generalist. - Follow and maintain the team’s render pipeline standards — including file naming conventions, render settings, and asset library organization — for efficient retrieval and reuse. - Iterate efficiently on feedback from the Lead 3D Generalist and US/VN teams to meet project deadlines without compromising quality. - Support the creation of 360° product views, lifestyle renders, and detail shots as required by the Marketing and e-commerce teams. - Assist in exploring and integrating AI-assisted rendering tools to continuously improve production speed and output quality. ### Qualifications - Degree or vocational training in 3D Design, Industrial Design, Animation, Architecture, or a related field. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in 3D rendering, ideally for consumer products or e-commerce. - Proficiency in Rhino or Blender, or equivalent rendering software. - Strong eye for lighting, material representation, and composition in a product photography context. - Ability to interpret technical 3D source files and translate them into polished, presentation-ready renders. - Experience with post-processing and color correction in Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. - Vietnamese proficiency - English proficiency for reading briefs and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Attention to Detail. - Creativity. - Teamwork. - Adaptability.
