(2 years renewable contract) Responsibilities: Establish and maintain field experiments Supervise field and laboratory staff Calibrate sprayers for herbicide application Be conversant with herbicide calculation and application Undertake data management and analysis, and contribute to reporting of research output support project staff to meet reporting and monitoring and evaluation requirements of the project activities Support the training of students and visiting trainees Qualifications: in plant science/agronomy/crop Science or a related discipline Possess excellent interpersonal skills Have good communication skills Posses good computer skills and able to use statistical analysis systems such as SAS, genstate and excel. Posses a valid driver’s license.
