Location: Chemistry Department, Nazarbayev University Duration: 2025-2026 (with possible extension) Salary: ~460,000 KZT per month (before taxes, for qualified candidates) Requirements: Background in Chemistry (Biology or Physics may also be considered) Preferable but not required: Knowledge of English Experience working in a chemistry lab Experience in MATLAB and/or Python programming Education: Master’s degree in Chemistry is preferred Bachelor’s degree holders may also be considered Job Description: We are looking for energetic, hardworking, and intelligent individuals to join an experimental research project focused on detecting clinical biomarkers using surface-enhanced spectroscopy. The project is based at the Chemistry Department of Nazarbayev University. We need energetic, hardworking, intelligent, and capable young people to move it forward.
