SUMMARY: Primary function is to answer and coordinate incoming dining reservations for multiple outlets. Organize and maintain Banquet Event Orders. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 3 months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answering of phone/email inquiries during hours of operation • Receiving and inputting of reservations into Reserve, sending confirmations to guests and sales staff making reservations for guests • Monitoring of times in RGuest Seat to assure no time slots go over average approximate counts • Work with Sales and Conference Service team to ensure proper dining standards are in place • Organize and maintain Food and Beverage BEO book - distribute Amenity BEO’s, Create BEO’s for large groups/Crystal Room groups in the CDR. • Attend Daily BEO meeting • Reporting to supervisor any needs, problems or concerns expresses by Members/Guests • Attend Resort training classes as required • Attend outlet staff meetings as scheduled • In this position you will be expected to be available to work in various locations of Food and Beverage depending on business levels. In addition, you will be expected to work holidays wherever needed even if your primary outlet is closed.
