New graduates must pass the NCLEX-RN within 90 days of graduation . ✔ Experience : Graduate Nurse or Registered Nurse with less than 1 year of experience (from graduation to hire date) and no prior work in an acute care setting . ✔ Certifications : Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers upon hire. ✔ Residency Commitment : Agree to complete the full 1-year NRP and commit to 1 year of work upon successful completion. ✔ Professional Development : Fulfill all program and unit-specific development requirements during the residency year.
