Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is hiring a **Resident Project Representative** our **Oxford, MS** office to provide quality planning, designing and technical overview to assist the Project Manager/Client Account Manager in delivering project, within budgetary and time constraints. The Resident Project Representative works under the general guidance and direction of an Engineer/Project Manager. Using excellent client service skills, establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and all members of the general public.
