Job description

Summerhill View Care Home are looking for a Residential Deputy Manager to join the team, to provide support and management to the Registered Manager of the Home, overseeing day-to-day management/supervision of all employees to ensure a high quality of care is maintained. To liaise with the Registered Manager on all general administration and operational matters. To act as a professional role model for junior staff, promoting high standards of practice and strong professional values. Ensuring adherence to policies and standards set by the company, Care Inspectorate, and other regulatory bodies. To ensure that all current and newly referred clients/residents are properly assessed, and that person-centred support is provided for all individuals.
