**Job Title: Residential Electrician** **Location:** Salisbury MD (With local Travel in MD/DE) **Job Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled **Residential Electrician** with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, can work independently or as part of a team, and is comfortable interacting with homeowners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes - Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams - Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards - Perform panel upgrades, wiring, lighting installation, and general electrical repairs - Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding work scope and timelines **Qualifications:** - 2+ years of residential electrical experience required - Journeyman Electrician license in Maryland or Delaware preferred - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required - Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with service calls and troubleshooting - Ability to mentor apprentices or junior electricians - Strong customer service skills **Compensation & Benefits:** - Competitive pay based on experience - Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable) - Health benefits (if applicable) - Paid time off and holidays - Opportunities for growth and advancement
