We’re growing fast and looking for a driven professional who values integrity, craftsmanship, and strong customer relationships. **About the Role** Horizon Services (Formally Blue Valley Heating & Cooling) is looking for a Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems across the Longmont/Englewood, CO area. You'll join a team that values quality workmanship and steady, year-round work. **What You'll Do** - Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers - Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections - Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment **What We're Looking For** - Colorado HVAC license/certification as required for the role - 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred - Strong diagnostic and customer service skills - This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle. *The pay for this position is uncapped and technicians could earn $100,000-$150,000/year.
