Responsibilities: Help with meal preparation and cooking Assist with daily care routines such as brushing teeth Play, interact and spend quality time together Take an interest in the child's interest and activities Potentially participate in community outings Help the child regulate emotions and behaviors through patience, support and encouragement Most importantly - build a positive, trusting relationship.
