Thuma is seeking a proactive Retail Associate to join our team in Cherry Creek. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Retail Associate will exhibit an inviting, elevated, confident and friendly attitude whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience as part of our Cherry Creek store team. ### Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer experience, ensuring every guest receives warm, personalized service. - Maintain the store’s visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment. - Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge. - Work collaboratively to achieve daily goals and contribute to the overall success of the store. - Operate all systems seamlessly, including POS, inventory management, and clienteling platforms. - Serve as a Thuma Brand Ambassador. - Build and nurture client relationships. - Support the ecommerce customer experience team by responding to customer service emails when needed. - Step into the cafe when needed, taking orders and serving customers with precision and care. - Support Management on back-of-house operations. - Maintain store appearance and cleanliness on a daily basis. - Other activities and functions to facilitate store success as necessary. ### What You’ll Need - This job requires the ability to work in-person at the Thuma store in Cherry Creek. - This job requires availability to work flexible hours including weekends and occasional holidays. - 1-2 years of experience in Retail. - A proven record in delivering excellent customer service within a similar retail environment. - Keen attention to detail. - A proactive and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Shopify, NetSuite and Gladly is a plus. - Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills. **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. - Capacity to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using proper equipment and safety techniques. ### Why Join Us - 401(k): Participation in our 401(k) program with company matching up to 6% of your contributions. - Benefits\*: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with generous employer contributions, 100% paid parental leave, and company-sponsored One Medical and WellHub memberships. - Paid Time Off: We operate with a high-performance mindset and we believe healthy, happy, relaxed people do better work. - Time to Recharge: Retail teams receive select paid holidays, including key company closure days, along with holiday pay when working on designated holidays. - Employee Discount\*\*: 40% off almost all Thuma products. - Room Upgrade: A complimentary product credit upon joining, valued at up to $3,000. \*\* Some exclusions may apply \* Eligibility for compensation, benefits, and perks may vary based on employment status (e.g., full-time, part-time, temporary), work schedule, and applicable holiday policies, and are subject to the terms of the relevant plans and company guidelines.
