## Retail Associate – CrossFit Store at 2026 Wodapalooza Socal - Huntington Beach CrossFit is bringing its merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic retail experience at Wodapalooza Socal. We are looking for motivated, fitness-savvy Retail Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent the CrossFit brand with enthusiasm and authenticity. **Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.** --- ## Event Details - **Event Dates (Retail Activatio**n)**: September 24th - September 27th** - **Shift Hours:** 8-hour shift daily, 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. - **Compensation:** $200 daily rate - **Location:** Huntington Beach Pier -405 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 **Availability Requirement:** **Must be fully available from September 24th - September 27th** ## Responsibilities - Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride - Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals, and needs - Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits - Support event setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking - Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays - Serve as a positive and energetic ambassador of the CrossFit brand and community ## What We’re Looking For - Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required - Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours) - Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs - Passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy living - Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude ## Additional Information - Official CrossFit apparel will be provided for use during scheduled shifts (no footwear) - Lunch will be provided during scheduled shifts - CrossFit will not provide travel or hotel accommodations
