RETAIL DISTRIBUTION MANAGER

Job description

Will be responsible for alternative channel of distribution(Bank Retail Channel and Brokers Channel) Develop alternative retail distribution outlets Coordinates and drive the sale force for retail alternative sales channels (Brokers, Microfinance, Subsidiaries, franchise etc.) Coordinate the marketing activities of all marketers arising from agreements reached with other sales agreements reached with other sales channels Develop avenues to increase the productivity of the sales force. A good first degree or equivalent from reputable institution Relevant professional qualifications is essential Minimum of six years relevant experience with at least three (3) years in a reputable insurance company.
