The Retail Shop Assistant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with sales, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the retail shop is clean and well-organized. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a high-quality shopping experience. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or customer service is a plus. Previous experience as a retail assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
