Through our innovative platform, Float enables businesses to streamline financial operations and optimize cash flow, so they can focus on what matters most: growth. As one of [Canada’s fastest growing companies](https://www.theglobeandmail.com/business/rob-magazine/top-growing-companies/article-ranking-canadas-top-growing-companies-of-2024/) and top-rated startups in [2025](https://www.linkedin.com/posts/floatfinancial_were-proud-to-share-that-float-has-been-activity-7387093684720300032-2DDz/), [2024](https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/linkedin-top-startups-2024-15-canadian-companies-rise-linkedin-news-llihe/) and [2023](https://lnkd.in/TSU23CA), Float is customer-obsessed, passionate and entrepreneurial, with a team that includes leaders from Uber, Stripe, Shopify, Top Hat, Ada, Doordash, Snowflake, and Wealthsimple. ## **Our Product** Float is Canada’s intelligent financial operating system, combining modern financial services and software to help businesses spend, save, and grow. Trusted by more than 10,000 Canadian companies, Float provides high-limit corporate cards, automated expense management, next-day bill payments, high-yield accounts, and industry-leading support, all built in Canada, for Canada. Float recently announced [our $85 million Series C](https://floatfinancial.com/press/float-financial-raises-cad-85-million-series-c), and is backed by world-class investors, including Inovia Capital, Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, OMERS Ventures, and Silicon Valley Bank. ## **About the Team** Float is building a category defining Canadian fintech at the scale of the country's biggest banks. We operate on a consumption based revenue model, Cards TPV, not seats or contracts, which means our GTM teams win by driving real product usage, every month, compounding. We're in a defining competitive window, and we move with urgency, ownership, and an aggressive bias toward rebuilding how we work with AI. **About the Role** Float is hiring a dedicated Revenue Enablement Manager to own enablement for every customer facing team: BDRs, AEs, the Customer Activation team, and Customer Success. This is a senior individual contributor role, no direct reports, full ownership of the function. You'll report to the Head of GTM Strategy & Operations and work in close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Product leadership. You'll own the full loop: building content and learning pathways, embedding our SPICED sales methodology into how reps actually sell, standing up scorecards and reinforcement mechanisms (e.g., in Gong and with front line managers), and measuring the impact of these efforts. You'll also lead messaging and readiness for major product launches (partnering with PMM/Product for inputs), and skill building initiatives like discovery call quality, competitive positioning, and QBRs. Within your first 60 days, you'll also lead an evaluation of our LMS and make a recommendation on whether to keep, replace, or restructure it. This is your platform to build on, so you own the call. ## **What you'll own** - **Enablement strategy and programs** across BDR, AE, CAM, and CS: content, onboarding, learning pathways, and ongoing skill development - **Methodology reinforcement**: embedding SPICED (and evaluating where frameworks like MEDDPICC or Challenger add value) into real rep behaviour, not just a deck - **Measurement and reinforcement infrastructure**: scorecards, call scoring rubrics (e.g., in Gong or using other AI-forward tools), and a clear read on whether enablement is changing outcomes - **Product launch and messaging enablement**: partnering with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales/CS leadership to prep customer facing teams ahead of key launches - **Tooling**: operate day-to-day across Gong, Salesforce, Unify, Notion, and HubSpot; lead a first 60 days evaluation of our LMS - **Change management**: driving adoption of new programs, tools, and skills across teams that are being asked to move fast ## **What you'll bring** - 5+ years owning or leading Sales/Revenue Enablement programs at a SaaS company; FinTech or consumption based revenue model experience is a bonus - Proven experience building and overseeing adult learning programs end-to-end, both the instructional design and the reinforcement/measurement of impact. This is a hard requirement: we're looking for someone who's done both halves, not just built content. - Working knowledge of a modern sales methodology (SPICED, MEDDPICC, or Challenger); we run SPICED today - Comfort operating in Gong and Salesforce day to day; LMS platform experience (WorkRamp or equivalent) - Prior quota carrying sales experience is a plus, not a requirement. That said, you'll need to earn credibility with a sales floor that moves fast and expects direct, practical coaching - A track record of using AI to create leverage in your own function: drafting content faster, mining call data for patterns, surfacing the highest priority gaps, not just adopting a tool because it exists ## **How we work** Float operates with high urgency and high ownership. You'll be expected to move fast, say the direct thing early, and treat AI as core to how you build and scale your own function. This role exists because enablement work at Float needs someone who can *own* it, not administer it. ## **About You** Here's what sets you up for success at Float: - **You Put Customers First, Always.** You care deeply about delivering meaningful value. Whether you're building internal systems or customer-facing features, you're always thinking about how to make life better for our users. - **You Act Like an Owner.** You take responsibility for outcomes, step up to challenges, and seek solutions proactively, doing what's best for the business, not just your role. - **You Think Big and Move Fast.** You're energised by building from 0 to 1. You're not afraid to challenge the status quo, experiment quickly, and learn as you go. - **You Constantly Learn and Grow.** You're hungry to improve your craft and open to feedback. You bring a growth mindset to everything you do. - **You Raise the Bar.** You care about doing things well and efficiently. You balance speed with rigour and always look for ways to improve how we work. - **You Win as a Team.** You're a generous collaborator who values communication, context, and shared wins. You lift others up and help make the team stronger. ## **Why You Should Join** - Work at one of Canada's fastest-growing fintech companies - Make a real impact in a high-autonomy, high-growth role - Collaborate with an ambitious and supportive team - Competitive compensation, equity options, and benefits - Hybrid work model – we are based in Toronto with in-office days for connection and collaboration - Enjoy catered team lunches every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - Bring your pup to our dog-friendly office - Thrive in a high-trust, high-performance culture where your work truly matters ## **In Short** At Float, you’ll thrive if you’re bold, curious, and eager to make a real impact. We're building something special and having a lot of fun along the way. If you’re excited to build, grow, and win together, **we’d love to meet you.** *We’re committed to building a workplace that’s welcoming and accessible for everyone. This may include AI-assisted scheduling and candidate communications, and AI-generated interview notes, guides or summaries to help our team focus on the conversation. All hiring decisions are made by humans.
