Revenue & Operations Intern

Job description

Sprinto is an **Autonomous Trust Platform** that centralizes trust requirements across **security frameworks, vendors, and customers.** Sprinto autonomously executes tasks needed to maintain trust across compliance, audits, risk management, vendor risk, privacy, and AI governance, enabling organizations to maintain a strong, reliable trust posture without draining operational bandwidth and resources on repetitive tasks. Backed by top-tier investors such as Accel, Elevation, and Blume Ventures, we’ve **raised** **$31.8M** in funding to fuel our mission. Trusted by over **4,000 organizations across 75 countries**, Sprinto helps organizations stay audit-ready, manage real-time risks, and scale fearlessly. With **300+ native integrations** and AI-driven automation, Sprinto supports **200+ global security standards natively**, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and more. Sprinto's extensible architecture enables organizations to build and support an infinite number of custom integrations and frameworks. **Founded in 2020** by second-time founders Girish Redekar and Raghuveer Kancherla, Sprinto powers compliance for organizations like Whatfix, Encora, Anaconda, Whatnot, Ultrahuman, WeWork, Everstage, AI Foundation, HackerRank, and many more. ### **Life as a Sprinter -** Nobody succeeds at Sprinto by staying in their lane. We are organized around problems, not job titles. Sprinters take ownership beyond their role, solve hard problems, and care deeply about the impact they create. If something can be improved, fixed, or built, we don't wait for permission; we step in. Being remote means we rely less on proximity and more on trust. We write things down, communicate openly, and move quickly because great teams aren't built by sitting together, they're built by pulling in the same direction. We believe progress beats perfection, feedback is a gift, and doing the right thing matters, even when nobody is watching. And while we move with urgency, we never move alone. ### **The mission -** Every high-growth SaaS company runs on great operating systems. Behind every renewal, customer success initiative, revenue forecast, and business decision is a team building the processes and insights that make growth predictable. As a Revenue Operations Intern, you'll help build those systems. Working closely with Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, Finance, and Product, you'll solve operational problems, analyse business data, improve workflows, and help teams make better decisions. You'll learn how a modern SaaS business operates from the inside—not by observing from the sidelines, but by contributing to projects that have real business impact. If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving structured problems, and want to understand how fast-growing companies scale, you'll thrive here. ### Where you'll leave your mark? - **Help build the operating system behind revenue -** Support the processes, reporting, and workflows that help Customer Success and Renewals teams operate more efficiently and deliver better customer outcomes. - **Turn data into better decisions -** Analyse customer trends, operational metrics, and business performance to uncover insights that improve retention, renewals, and day-to-day execution. - **Solve operational problems that matter -** Identify bottlenecks, simplify processes, and contribute to projects that make Sprinto's customer-facing teams faster, more effective, and easier to scale. - **Work across the business -** Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Product, and Support, gaining first-hand exposure to how cross-functional teams work together to drive business growth. - **Build systems that last -** Create documentation, trackers, dashboards, and operational playbooks that improve visibility, consistency, and execution across the organisation. - **Learn how SaaS businesses scale -** Every project you contribute to will deepen your understanding of customer operations, business metrics, and the systems that power high-growth companies. ### The kind of builder we're looking for - - You're currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in **Engineering, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field**, and are excited to understand how high-growth SaaS businesses operate behind the scenes. - You genuinely enjoy solving structured problems. Whether it's analysing data, improving a workflow, or organising complex information, you're someone who naturally looks for better ways of working. - You're comfortable working with numbers and enjoy using data to understand why things happen—not just what happened. - You're curious about business. Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Operations all interest you because you enjoy understanding how different parts of a company come together to create growth. - You're organised, detail-oriented, and take pride in building processes that other people can rely on. - You're comfortable with spreadsheets and analytical tools, and are excited to deepen your skills in platforms like **Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or Looker**. - You've already started exploring AI tools to analyse information, automate repetitive work, or improve the way you solve problems because you believe technology should make good operators even more effective. - You're proactive, eager to learn, and excited by internships where you'll contribute meaningfully from day one rather than simply shadowing the team. ***If you're looking for an internship where you'll only update spreadsheets or maintain reports, this probably isn't it. But if you're excited to understand how a modern SaaS business scales, solve real operational challenges, and build systems that help teams do their best work, we'd love to meet you.***
