**This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager based in Spain.** Join a high-growth B2B technology environment and play a pivotal role in shaping revenue operations across the EMEA region. As a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success leaders, you will drive operational excellence across the entire go-to-market (GTM) lifecycle. You will oversee forecasting, pipeline management, performance analysis, and business review processes to support predictable revenue growth. Working closely with regional stakeholders and a global operations team, you will translate business strategy into scalable processes and actionable insights. You will also help establish regional operating practices, improve cross-functional collaboration, and strengthen accountability across teams. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact from your first 90 days while contributing to the evolution of a growing international organization. ### Accountabilities - **Strategic Business Partnership:** Act as the primary Revenue Operations partner for EMEA Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders, providing proactive insights into pipeline performance, revenue forecasts, business priorities, and potential risks. - **Operational Support and Coordination:** Manage incoming requests from regional teams, resolve operational questions, coordinate with relevant internal specialists, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure efficient support. - **Forecasting and Performance Management:** Lead regional forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business review meetings. Maintain strong data hygiene, improve forecast reliability, and ensure discussions result in actionable, data-driven decisions. - **Process Optimization:** Adapt global GTM processes, handoffs, and engagement guidelines to regional needs while documenting local variations and maintaining consistency across teams. - **Data Analysis and Insights:** Analyze pipeline trends, conversion rates, sales performance, and customer lifecycle metrics to identify improvement opportunities and recommend initiatives that support revenue growth. - **Planning and Forecasting Inputs:** Collaborate with Planning and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams, providing insights into territory performance, sales ramp-up, pipeline coverage, and regional demand generation to support realistic business plans. - **Enablement and Adoption:** Partner with Enablement teams to support the rollout of new sales motions, operational processes, and business initiatives. Monitor adoption and address implementation gaps. - **Regional Advocacy and Systems Collaboration:** Represent EMEA business priorities in global operational planning and collaborate with business systems teams to translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements. ## Requirements - Typically 8 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related go-to-market operations function. - Previous experience supporting EMEA go-to-market teams, ideally with responsibility for regional operations across multiple markets. - Proven ability to manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business performance meetings with senior commercial stakeholders. - Strong understanding of the complete GTM lifecycle, including lead management, pipeline generation, sales processes, customer handoffs, expansion, and renewals. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce and the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams, system owners, and developers. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn findings into practical business recommendations. - Experience in a B2B SaaS company or another high-growth technology environment. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence decisions without direct authority. - A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, challenge existing processes constructively, and continuously improve ways of working. - Comfort working across international teams, managing different stakeholder needs, and maintaining alignment across time zones. - Familiarity with go-to-market tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, and Cognism. ## Benefits - **Remote Work:** Remote opportunity within the EMEA region, with Romania identified as the target location. - **High-Impact Responsibilities:** Direct influence on regional revenue performance, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy. - **Strategic Exposure:** Opportunities to collaborate with senior regional leaders and contribute to global go-to-market operations. - **Career Development:** Broad exposure to Marketing, Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and the full customer lifecycle. - **Process Ownership:** The opportunity to help build regional operating practices and establish scalable processes as the organization grows. - **Global Collaboration:** Work alongside an international Revenue Operations team, benefiting from shared expertise, systems, and enablement resources. - **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** Salary range, healthcare coverage, paid leave, equipment allowances, and other employment benefits were not specified in the available job description and should be confirmed during the recruitment process.
