This is a unique opportunity to operate as a force multiplier at a high-growth company, where your responsibilities will scale with your impact. **As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will:** - Drive GTM strategy & optimization: Lead the evaluation and optimization of the GTM engine. Define overarching KPI frameworks, measure performance, and proactively identify opportunities to accelerate growth and mitigate risk. - Architect executive reporting: Own the GTM reporting ecosystem. Synthesize complex data into board-level narratives and high-impact insights that drive C-suite decision-making. - Support annual and long-range planning: Collaborate with GTM leaders, other team members and cross-functional partners on annual and long-range planning. - Leverage AI to optimize GTM operations: Apply AI tools and workflows to automate analysis, surface insights faster, and improve the efficiency of existing processes. - Champion Data Governance: Collaborate with the data & analytics team to improve architecture of revenue data and ensure data integrity. **If You’ve Got It - We Want It** - 7-10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales finance, or management consulting, with significant experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise B2B environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence senior GTM leaders. - Advanced modeling and AI skills with experience building and scaling dynamic financial and operational models. - Enthusiastic and self-motivated: Bias for action and strong follow-through on multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. - Strong grasp of SaaS unit economics and how to scale efficiently. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce and BI tools (e.g., Omni). #LI-ML1 #LI-Remote
