## Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care. We partner with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to help them grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement. As Revenue Operations Manager, you own the systems, data, and processes that keep Flagler's revenue engine running. You partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to give the go-to-market team clean data, clear pipeline visibility, and tooling that helps them move faster. You turn messy inputs into reporting and forecasts the team can trust, and you find and fix the friction that slows deals down. What You'll Do - Own and administer the CRM and the wider go-to-market tech stack, from configuration to data hygiene. - Build and maintain pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting that leadership trusts. - Define and document the revenue processes that connect Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing. - Partner with Finance on targets, quota and territory planning, and revenue reporting. - Analyze funnel and retention data to surface what is working and where the team is losing deals. - Manage lead routing, handoffs, and the rules that keep records accurate across systems. - Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools, and retire the ones that are not earning their keep. - Run the dashboards and cadences behind weekly pipeline and forecast reviews. Required Qualifications - 4 to 7 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related analytical role. - Hands-on experience administering a CRM and the surrounding go-to-market tools. - Strong analytical skills, comfortable turning raw data into clear reporting and recommendations. - A track record of building processes and reporting that a go-to-market team actually adopts. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications - Healthtech and enterprise experience, highly preferred. - Experience at a high-growth or Series B stage company, building operations from the ground up. - Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and data warehouses. - Experience with quota, territory, and incentive-compensation planning. ## **Our Values:** This is what you can expect of your teammates at Flagler: - **Owner:** We own our work like founders. We don't wait to be asked, and we pick up the problem nobody else has. - **Builder:** We like making things from scratch. We don't need a playbook to start, and we'd rather ship a rough first version than wait on a perfect spec. - **Fast:** We make quick decisions. We favor progress and respect process. - **Transparent:** We communicate directly. We value merit and honesty, and we challenge assumptions, including our own. - **Curious:** We explore new approaches and ask "why" often.
