Job description

**About the role** Own the CRM architecture and automation layer that powers Amenitiz’s commercial engine, from lead routing and lifecycle stages to the workflows and integrations that turn HubSpot into a scalable, reliable system for Sales, Customer Success, and the wider GTM org across our four markets. This role goes beyond CRM administration or ticket triage. It focuses on architecting the CRM data model, designing automation, including AI-powered workflows that remove manual work and keep data accurate, and partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Data to make sure the funnel runs efficiently end-to-end. **Your mission** - CRM Architecture & Governance - Own CRM architecture and governance in HubSpot: lifecycle stages, custom objects, permissions, validation rules and system scalability. - Manage API integrations that connect HubSpot to the rest of the GTM stack, ensuring clean, reliable data flow. - Maintain data hygiene and accuracy across all four markets, so the CRM stays a single source of truth. - Set and enforce data standards, naming conventions and access controls as the system scales. - Automation & Workflow Design - Design and implement automation, including AI-powered workflows, to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve funnel efficiency. - Build and maintain lead-scoring and routing logic so SDRs and AEs always work the highest-probability prospects first. - Continuously monitor and debug automations and workflows so revenue-critical processes remain reliable at scale. - Evaluate and implement new automation tools and integrations as needs evolve. - Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Enablement - Optimize end-to-end GTM workflows, including onboarding, Sales and Customer Success handoffs. - Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Data teams to identify friction, bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the funnel, and design automated fixes. - Document playbooks (CRM Playbook, GTM automation playbooks) and drive adoption across teams. - Build lightweight dashboards and reporting on CRM data quality and automation performance to help stakeholders trust and use the system. - Segment & Routing Optimization - Refine lead-scoring and routing logic in partnership with Sales, Customer Success and Data teams so segment-level differences translate into smarter automation. - Support segmentation and mix analysis by ensuring the underlying CRM data and automations are accurate and well-structured. **About you** - 3+ years of experience in CRM Administration, RevOps/Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops in SaaS, high-growth tech, marketplaces, or other revenue-driven environments. - HubSpot expert: deep, hands-on experience architecting workflows, custom objects, automations and API integrations. - API literacy: you understand how systems connect, can read API docs and design integration flows. - Comfortable working with automation platforms (HubSpot workflows, Zapier, Make, Workato or similar) and basic scripting (Python or similar) to solve edge cases. - SQL proficiency for reporting and troubleshooting data issues. - Working understanding of subscription revenue metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR) sufficient to design metrics-aware automation and lead scoring. - Experience operating across multiple geographies or segments with different maturity levels. - Fluency in English and at least one of: French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese. - Strong plus - HubSpot certifications (e.g., RevOps, Marketing/Sales Software). - Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase). - Familiarity with conversational intelligence platforms and AI-powered sales tools. - Background in high-volume SaaS, hospitality tech, or marketplaces. - Experience integrating Customer Success operations alongside Sales operations. - Git/GitHub familiarity for version-controlling automation scripts. **Our offer** - Stock options with a progressive vesting schedule - Comprehensive health insurance - 25 days of holidays from day one, rising to 28 after your first year and 30 after two years - €10 a day for lunch through our virtual canteen, Kombo, every day you work from the office - On-demand salary access - no need to wait until the end of the month - A structured career path with defined criteria at every level - Flexible benefits - save on meals, childcare, transportation, and training with our tailored remuneration options - Any book, purchased for you, plus access to a shared team library - An international team of 35+ nationalities based in one of Europe's leading tech hubs #LI-CL1
