In this role, you’ll have a real impact on operational resilience, ICT risk, business continuity, and the continuous improvement of our risk processes. ### Responsibilities & key activities - Risk identification and assessment, risk monitoring and reporting, - Preparing and updating risk management procedures and policies, - Collecting and analyzing data provided by first- and second-line defense units in the context of risk identification and assessment, - Conducting vertical testing as part of risk monitoring, - Managing operational risk events, including managing ICT incidents, - Managing the Company’s business continuity, including providing support for conducting periodic business continuity tests, - Collaborating with other teams in the first and second lines of defense, - Analyzing risk trends and patterns at PayU, - Preparing and regularly updating the risk map at PayU, - Support in preparing and updating the list of processes in PayU, - Reporting on ICT risks to the regulator, - Administering an incident management support system. ### Qualifications & Experience - At least 1-2 years of experience in risk management, - A college degree in a relevant field. ### Skills & Knowledge - A strong understanding of the risk management process, - Knowledge of the KNF and EBA recommendations regarding risk management, - Knowledge of the DORA regulation, - Fluent professional English and Polish, - Very good knowledge of MS Office. ### Behavioral Competencies - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, - Excellent problem-solving skills and clear, logical thinking, - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, - Ability to analyse data thoroughly, - Flexibility in the face of changing business needs and the ability to adapt to a variety of situations. ### What we offer - Employment under a contract of employment, - Benefits: ability to develop one’s own package in MyBenefit system, - Access to an internal training platform, - Possibility to work in a hybrid model with a 2 days in the office policy, - Friendly work atmosphere in a cooperation-driven team, that will support you everyday, - Work in an international organization operating in a rapidly changing industry.
