Through our cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025 while achieving solid profitability for sustainable growth. **This role** The Risk Strategy Manager supports risk strategy implementation for 1 to 2 portfolios, focusing on ensuring KPI achievement and maintaining healthy growth through effective risk controls. This role collaborates with GTM and Fraud teams and emphasizes tactical execution, data-driven insights, and individual technical contributions. ### Responsabilities: - Oversee performance and profitability of 1 or 2 portfolios. - Prepare internal reports and analysis for review by head of risk strategy. - Document routine processes and provide support for strategy reviews. - Ensure timely achievement of KPIs for the specific countries. - Coordinate with GTM teams when rolling out new strategies - Write succinct and thoughtful documentation that explains recommendations - Use SQL and R or Python for data extraction and manipulation. - Work with Data Science to implement ML and AI models. - Use A/B Test recommendations into policies - Write detailed documentation explaining recommendations. - Own and manage risk KPIs for designated portfolios. ### Qualitications: - Experience in risk strategy ideally within the fintech industry. - Proven track record in analytics - Understanding of statistical tools and methods, and experience working with large data sets. - Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python. - Strong documentation and communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to key stakeholders. #### **Specialized Knowledge:** - **Advanced Data Analysis:** Expertise in using SQL, R, or Python to extract and manipulate data, create models, perform analysis, and generate forecasts. - **Risk Modeling:** Proficient in developing and implementing predictive models to manage and mitigate risk. ### Benefits: - 100% Company-funded Health and dental and vision discount plan for employees and immediate family members. - Life insurance. - Phone finance, Headphone, home office equipment and wellness perks. - 30 days of Christmas bonus. - 20 days paid Vacation. - 50% Vacation premium. - 13% Saving funds. - $2,000 MXN monthly grocery coupons. - $2,000 USD annual Co-working Travel perk. - $2,000 USD annual Professional Development perk.
