Maintain skills in neonatal resuscitation to respond effectively in emergencies. Demonstrate assessment skills in high and low-risk obstetrical patients to identify potential risks and health issues. Identify and report maternal and newborn problems to the physician promptly. Assist with the transfer of newborns to other facilities when indicated, ensuring safe and efficient transfers.
