Robotic Machine Operator About the Role We are hiring a Robotic Machine Operator for a hands-on, technical manufacturing position. This is not a passive machine-monitoring job. You will be actively involved in setting up, operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting multi-axis robotic equipment to produce quality parts. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with advanced manufacturing equipment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate multi-axis robotic machinery Prepare equipment for production runs and changeovers Load materials and components into machines Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed Troubleshoot equipment and production issues Identify and correct problems that affect production or quality Verify finished products meet specifications and quality standards Follow work instructions, drawings, and production specifications Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures and company standards Work independently while contributing to overall production goals Qualifications Previous machine operating, CNC, robotic, manufacturing, or technical production experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with machinery and technical equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to learn equipment setup and operating procedures Ability to read and follow written instructions Good math and measurement skills Ability to identify and troubleshoot production issues Dependable and self-motivated Strong commitment to quality and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team IND2
