As a Poultry Technical Services Manager, you will lead and oversee nationwide technical services activities while providing expert veterinary support to customers, sales teams, and key industry stakeholders within the poultry sector. You will manage and develop a team of technical professionals, conduct farm visits, deliver technical training and presentations, and support product launches and customer engagement initiatives. The role also involves solving field-related technical issues, strengthening relationships with integrator accounts and large-scale farms, and contributing to strategic business growth through value-driven technical solutions.
Must be from Animal Health / Nutrition Industry - swine and poultry
Degree in Veterinary Medicine with an active veterinary license required.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, · 85%–90% field-based work, with 10%–15% office-based work (primarily administrative tasks). Flexible working hours when performing office-based duties.
As a National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the national key account strategy, managing a team of Key Account Managers, and driving growth within existing strategic accounts. You will focus on strengthening long-term partnerships, expanding business within current accounts, and overseeing key negotiations with major customers. The role also involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of commercial plans and alignment with overall business objectives.
