If you possess the necessary skills and are enthusiastic about this opportunity, we warmly encourage you to apply. ### Responsabilities - Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in roofing and shingling and other related construction activities in residential and commercial properties. - Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other contractors, managers and staff. - Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality - Requisition materials and supplies - May need to train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies - Prepare work progress reports - May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers. ### Requirements - Completion of secondary school is usually required. - Several years of experience in the trade or in the work area supervised are usually required.
