We are currently hiring a motivated **Sales Representative: Repairs Division** to become part of our expanding team. This field-based **Sales Representative** position gives you the opportunity to meet directly with homeowners, perform roof inspections, evaluate repair needs, and recommend customized solutions while delivering outstanding **customer service**. As a **Sales Representative**, you will guide customers through each stage of the sales process with professionalism, maintain organized communication and follow-up, and build trust through knowledgeable recommendations and exceptional **customer service**. Success in this role requires at least one year of roofing industry experience, strong communication abilities, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while consistently providing outstanding **customer service**. Candidates must be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds occasionally, and performing inspections in varying weather conditions at customer work sites. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required, along with the ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
