What you will have an opportunity to do: In 2027, we are not just cleaning hotel rooms. We are creating the first impression that stays with every guest for the rest of their visit. Our property is undergoing a full-scale reinvention into a lifestyle brand Tapestry by Hilton, and at the heart of that transformation is an elevated guest room experience where every detail communicates care, quality, and intention. The moment a guest opens their door, your work speaks before anyone says a word. We are looking for the person who takes pride in that moment. This is not a role for someone who wants to rush through a checklist and move on. This is for the hospitality professional who understands that a perfectly made bed, a spotless bathroom, a room that smells fresh and feels like it was prepared just for the person walking in, that is the foundation everything else is built on. Without you, the front desk smile, the craft cocktail, the curated lobby playlist, none of it matters. If you have ever walked into a guest room after turnover and noticed the one pillow that was slightly off center, if you have ever gone back to re-fold a towel because it did not meet your personal standard, if you take pride in your work because you know guests can feel the difference, keep reading. This role was written for you. The Vision: From Clean Rooms to Curated Guest Experiences The era of generic hotel housekeeping is over. Today's travelers, especially those choosing lifestyle and boutique properties, expect more than a clean room. They expect a room that feels intentional. Crisp linens that feel like they belong in a design magazine. Bathrooms that are not just sanitized but staged. Amenities placed with thought, not tossed on a counter. A space that feels personal even though a hundred guests have stayed there before them. Our 2027 transformation will reimagine every guest room and public space to reflect a lifestyle brand that sets the standard in Boston. We need Room Attendants who do not just understand this shift but who take personal ownership of delivering it, room after room, day after day. About Pyramid Global Hospitality Pyramid Global Hospitality is a people-first company managing over 230 properties worldwide. We are dedicated to creating a supportive, inclusive work environment that fosters diversity, growth, and wellbeing. We offer comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, on-site wellness programs, local discounts, and employee rates on hotel stays, plus ongoing training and development to help you build a career that matches your ambition. About Property Our hotel is a 304-room property currently in transition to a lifestyle brand, with eight versatile meeting spaces totaling 5,678 sq ft, located in one of Boston's most historic and culturally rich neighborhoods. Our team lives by Core Values centered on personal development, community, and the genuine success of every team member. As part of our lifestyle brand transition, we are reimagining every guest room and public area to deliver a curated, design-forward experience that positions the property as a premier destination in the Greater Boston market. Your Role: The Person Who Sets the Tone for Every Guest Stay As a Room Attendant, you are responsible for the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of every guest room and assigned area in the hotel. You will maintain the highest standards of hygiene, organization, and attention to detail, ensuring that every room reflects the quality and care of a lifestyle brand. This is where personal pride meets guest satisfaction. Guest Room Cleaning & Presentation Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing amenities, and ensuring every surface is spotless. Follow the property's room setup standards for the lifestyle brand, paying close attention to linen presentation, towel folding, amenity placement, and the overall look and feel of each room. Inspect each room upon completion to ensure it meets quality standards before marking it ready for guest arrival. If something is not right, fix it before you leave. Handle check-out rooms, stayover rooms, and deep cleans with equal care and consistency, adjusting your approach based on guest preferences and special requests noted in the system. Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Engineering immediately so they can be addressed before the guest notices. Manage your room assignment sheet efficiently, prioritizing rooms based on guest arrivals, VIP requests, and operational needs communicated by the front desk and housekeeping leadership. Standards & Attention to Detail Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper use of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and infection control procedures. Follow lost and found procedures for any guest items discovered during room cleaning, ensuring proper documentation and secure handling. Keep your housekeeping cart organized, stocked, and presentable at all times. Your cart is a reflection of your professionalism. Stay current on all hotel policies and procedures related to housekeeping operations, guest privacy, security protocols, and brand standards. Participate in ongoing training programs related to cleaning techniques, brand standards, safety procedures, and guest service excellence. Guest Service & Communication Greet guests warmly and professionally whenever you encounter them in hallways, elevators, or common areas. You represent the hotel every time a guest sees you. Respond to guest requests for extra towels, pillows, blankets, amenities, or other items promptly and with a genuine willingness to help. Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Supervisor, front desk, and fellow team members to coordinate room status updates, special requests, and any issues that arise during your shift. Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times. Follow do-not-disturb protocols and knock-and-announce procedures consistently. Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting fellow Room Attendants, helping with shared areas, and maintaining open communication with your supervisors. Public Area & Shared Space Support Assist with cleaning and maintaining public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and back-of-house spaces as assigned to ensure the entire property reflects the lifestyle brand standard. Support turndown service, special event room preparations, and other housekeeping functions as needed based on hotel occupancy and operational demands. Assist with laundry operations, linen counts, and supply inventory as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor. Who You Are You are someone who takes genuine pride in your work. You understand that what you do is not invisible. It is the foundation of every guest's experience. You notice what other people miss. You hold yourself to a high standard because you know the difference between a room that was cleaned and a room that was cared for. You do not cut corners, you do not rush through details, and you treat every room like someone important is about to walk in. Because they are. What are we looking for? Required Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude. Strong attention to detail and personal pride in delivering high-quality, consistent work. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively across a full room assignment. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods throughout a shift. Reliability and punctuality. Your team counts on you, and so do the guests. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, holidays, and early morning or evening shifts as needed. Basic English communication skills for guest interaction and team coordination (bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus). Preferred Qualifications: The Edge We're Looking For Experience in a lifestyle, boutique, or upscale hotel environment where room presentation goes beyond basic cleanliness. Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning practices and sustainable housekeeping operations. Knowledge of proper handling and use of commercial cleaning chemicals and equipment. A genuine interest in hospitality and a desire to grow within the industry. We promote from within and invest in people who want to build a career here. Experience with hotel property management systems for room status updates (training provided). Why This Role. Why Now. Why You. Let us be direct: this is not just a cleaning job. This is a foundational role in a hotel that is about to become one of the most exciting lifestyle properties in Boston. In 2027, this property transitions from a traditional hotel into a lifestyle brand, and you will be one of the people who brings that brand to life in the most tangible way possible. Every room you touch, every bed you make, every bathroom you prepare tells the guest exactly what kind of hotel they chose. Your work is the promise delivered. You will have the full support of Pyramid Global Hospitality's resources, training programs, and career development opportunities behind you. We believe in promoting from within, and some of our strongest leaders started exactly where you are starting now. The housekeepers who built their careers at the best lifestyle hotels in the world, the ones who became supervisors, executive housekeepers, and operations leaders, they all started with a commitment to doing the work right, every single room, every single day. This is that starting point. And we want to meet you. Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
