This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong F&B operations experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering discreet, high-quality in-room dining experiences within a luxury environment. As Room Service Manager, you will oversee the full in-room dining operation, ensuring seamless 24/7 service delivery, consistent quality standards, and exceptional guest satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team and work closely with kitchen, front office, and F&B departments to ensure efficient and timely service. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee and manage all room service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient 24/7 service delivery. - Lead, train, and supervise the room service team to maintain luxury service standards. - Ensure accurate order taking, preparation, and timely delivery of in-room dining orders. - Maintain high standards of presentation, food quality, and guest satisfaction at all times. - Coordinate closely with kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure operational efficiency. - Monitor guest preferences and ensure personalised service delivery. - Manage staffing schedules, inventory, and operational logistics for room service. - Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally. - Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. ## Requirements - **Qualification:** Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) required. - **Experience:** Minimum 2 years experience in room service or high-end F&B operations in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel environment. - **Languages:** Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.
