ABM is seeking a **Mobile Building Engineer** to support multiple client sites through 100% travel. This role requires expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient operations across diverse environments. **Pay**: $35.50 hourly rate | Weekly pay **Shift**: Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm **Location**: Covering San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange County  The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. **Benefit Information:** ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.  For information about ABM’s benefits, visit [ABM Team Member Benefits | Front Line Team Members](https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/AnnualBenefitFlyers/Recruiting%20Flyer%20-%20Frontline.pdf) | [(Programa de Beneficios de ABM)](https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/AnnualBenefitFlyers/Recruiting%20Flyer%20-%20Frontline%20%28Spanish%29.pdf) ### Responsibilities: • Travel 100% between assigned buildings to perform maintenance and repairs  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems  • Respond to emergency service calls and on-call requests  • Complete inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure safe building operations  • Document all work orders and PMs using CMMS  • Coordinate with vendors and communicate with site contacts  • Follow ABM safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements ### Qualifications: • Experience as a Mobile Building Engineer, Building Engineer, or Maintenance Technician  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and building systems • Ability to work independently across multiple locations  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 100%  • Strong time management and customer service skills  • EPA 608 and OSHA certifications preferred
