Routine Process Method Engineer in Arys More than a job: a mission We’re looking for a Routine Process Method Engineer to support industrial infrastructure that helps keep the locos running. This is high‑stakes engineering: securing critical infrastructure. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home. Your role, your impact Participate in MoB (Make or Buy) analysis to improve the project costs. Ensure proper execution of industrial strategy in the operation Manage commitment for industrial documents (i.e. work instructions, task sequences…) for maintenance, Renovation & Modernization. Give technical support to operations. Manage industrial data team for MMIS (SAP industrial data set up, parts, tools, BOM, routings…) Deploy & ensure compliance with central standards : Lean tools, EHS (i.e. ergonomics), special processes, IT tools Productivity, workload optimization, NAV time reduction, method time reduction. You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and procurement — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. What you bring Engineering degree (mechanical or electrical) Understanding of industrial safety standards and processes Analytical thinking Proficiency with engineering software: Catia, AutoCAD, SolidWorks Fluent English How success is measured Quality and timeliness of deliverables.
