Physiotherapist for ROYAL CARIBBEAN GROUP!
The Physiotherapist provides professional therapeutic treatments and wellness services to guests onboard, focusing on pain relief, rehabilitation, and physical well-being. The role combines clinical knowledge with a hospitality approach, delivering high-quality care while promoting spa services and wellness programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform physiotherapy treatments, including musculoskeletal assessments, rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy techniques
Develop personalized treatment plans based on guest needs and conditions
Provide consultations and recommend appropriate therapies and wellness programs
Promote and sell spa and wellness services and products
Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
Ensure all treatments are delivered in accordance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in excellent condition
Educate guests on injury prevention, posture, and physical health
Work closely with Spa team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
Meet or exceed revenue targets and performance goals
Participate in training sessions, meetings, and onboard promotional activities
Follow all company policies and participate in safety drills
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 21 years old
Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification)
Valid professional license or certification (as required by employer)
Minimum 1β2 years of experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation
Experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality environment is an advantage
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, rehabilitation techniques, manual therapy methods
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
