Job Description We are looking for an RPA Analyst/Developer to join our team! Main Tasks: Responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of RPA robot's which will interact with multiple third-party applications Continuous improvement of software development best practices Ensure reliability and quality on the deliverables Test, monitor and evaluate solutions Collect, analyses the needs expressed by the business and associated functional documentation Qualifications Technical Skills: RPA development experience (+2 years) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism (highly recommendable), Automation Anywhere, UIPath Involvement in AI related projects (NLG, NLP, OCR, Machine Learning) Previous experience as analyst in RPA projects is a strong plus Previous Experience in software development Working knowledge of Agile methodologies Language Skills: Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing) French is a plus Soft Skills: High level of analysis and problem-solving capability Organization, process, and client focus oriented skills Ability to clear communicate and report project status to the management Pro-active behavior regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment Strong interpersonal and communication (spoken and written) skills Additional Information Hybrid (2 days/week) working model in Lisbon, but during the first 3 months, more on-site presence will be required.
