Job description

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and other business partners. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales activities to achieve revenue targets. Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote hotel facilities and services. Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events, room bookings, and guest requirements. Support the planning and implementation of sales and promotional campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to guest satisfaction. 業務内容 法人顧客、旅行会社、イベント主催者をはじめとする取引先との関係構築および維持 新規顧客・新規ビジネス機会の開拓をサポートし、売上目標の達成に貢献 ホテル施設やサービスの提案・販売のための営業訪問、商談、館内案内（サイトインスペクション）の実施 提案書、契約書、営業レポート等の作成 宿泊予約、宴会・イベント運営、お客様のご要望に関して社内各部門との調整・連携 セールスプロモーションおよび販促キャンペーンの企画・実施サポート 市場動向、競合他社の活動、お客様のニーズに関する情報収集・分析 高品質な顧客サービスを提供し、お客様満足度の向上に貢献 Expected to graduate in 2027 from a university, junior college, vocational school, or equivalent institution. Passion for hospitality, customer service, and relationship building. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a proactive and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. Good organizational and time management skills. Japanese proficiency required (business level or above). English proficiency is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred. Previous internship, part-time work, or extracurricular experience related to hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus.
