Je beschikt over goede communicatie vaardigheden met het vermogen om gemakkelijk relaties op te bouwen. Je bent een teamspeler die de bijdragen en prestaties van anderen erkent en viert. Je kunt goed omgaan met veranderingen, je kunt je snel aanpassen en werken met tempo. Je bent energiek en authentiek en toont een duidelijke aanwezigheid op de winkelvloer. Je benadert alle problemen met een 'can do' benadering en handelt met initiatief om oplossingen in de winkel te vinden.
