Sales & Leasing Consultant Cumberland Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Location: Cookeville, TN Job Type: Full-Time Overview Cumberland CDJR is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for assisting customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing process, providing a top-tier dealership experience, and building long-term customer relationships. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles Guide customers through financing and leasing options Maintain strong product knowledge of Toyota lineup and features Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM tools Build long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals Work collaboratively with sales managers and F&I team Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to learn product knowledge quickly Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required Valid driver’s license with clean driving record What We Offer Competitive commission-based compensation Paid training and ongoing development Opportunity for career growth within the dealership group Fast-paced, high-volume store environment Supportive team culture focused on success
