We are a trusted partner in driving limitless possibilities by offering vehicle financing options to help interested Lalamove Operators and Drivers to start a profitable on-demand delivery business. Our brand is currently looking for a Sales Associate who is highly motivated and self-driven to join our auto sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn. ### What you'll do: - Drive sales by promoting vehicle financing solutions to drivers and operators - Build strong relationships with new and existing clients - Guide customers through the full sales process—from inquiry to vehicle release - Clearly explain vehicle features, financing terms, and requirements - Actively participate in roadshows, weekend activations, and lead generation activities - Maintain a strong follow-up system to generate repeat business and referrals - Continuously find ways to improve sales performance and customer experience ### What we seek: - Strong communication and people skills - Confidence in selling and handling objections - Willingness to work weekends (especially for roadshows and peak leads) - Resilience, discipline, and a results-driven mindset - Basic knowledge of sales processes or customer service (a plus, not required) ### What you'll need: - Willing to work weekends and holidays (peak sales periods and roadshows) - Comfortable with on-ground, field-based sales work - Able to commit to a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Willing to work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
