The role:

Truecaller for Business is growing fast across Europe, and inbound demand for Verified Business Caller ID keeps rising. This role sits at the heart of that momentum. You will support the full lead process in the EU alongside Customer Success, making sure interested companies get to a meeting and that existing customers stay and succeed. You will work closely with the sales lead for Truecaller for Business in Europe, turning inbound interest into booked meetings and helping customers understand how verification improves answer rates and customer trust.

What you'll do:

1. Qualify and follow up on inbound leads for Truecaller for Business across the EU.
2. Run outbound campaigns for multiple geographies to generate leads and qualify them.
3. Book and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team. Give demos to the customer and taking up to the commercial stage for the salesperson.
4. Run early discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and explain the Truecaller for Business value proposition.
5. Keep the CRM clean and maintain a steady flow of qualified leads through the pipeline.
6. Support Customer Success by giving dashboard walkthroughs across the region, if necessary, with onboarding follow-ups and regular check-ins so customers see the value of verification and stay.

What you bring in:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive, self-driven approach and comfort reaching out to new people.
• An interest in sales, business development, or customer success; prior experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
