Join Hire Hangar and work with fast-growing global companies while building a long-term career. ## Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Lubbock, TX (In-Office) Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST **Role Overview** We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, identifying opportunities, and moving prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle. If you thrive in a call-driven, target-focused environment and have an interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry, we want to hear from you. **What You'll Do** - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to identify and develop new sales opportunities. - Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and determining fit for our offerings. - Educate prospects on products and services, tailoring conversations using automotive industry knowledge where relevant. - Accurately log all call activity, prospect information, and next steps in the CRM. - Partner closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and transition qualified leads. - Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and qualification targets. - Follow up promptly with prospects to maintain momentum through the sales pipeline. - Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction. **Required Qualifications** - Excellent phone communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor. - Ability to manage a high volume of calls daily in a fast-paced environment. - Working knowledge of or strong interest in the automotive industry. - Comfortable using CRM systems to track and manage prospect activity. - Ability to work in-office in Lubbock, TX, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. - Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. **Nice to Have** - Prior experience in a call center, inside sales, or SDR role. - Background or hands-on experience within the automotive industry. - Familiarity with sales engagement or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
