Job description

## **Our mission and why it matters** We are on a mission to make humans the strongest security layer. Human risk remains one of the biggest vulnerabilities and traditional awareness training is not enough. We build the tools that detect and stop them. **Why this role matters** Cybersecurity is not just about technology; it is about human behavior. At Hoxhunt, we help organizations turn employees into cyber defenders through behavior-driven training that actually changes how people act. As a Sales Development Representative focusing on international EMEA markets, you will be the first point of contact for many of our future customers. This role is more than just activity and targets; it is a strong development step designed to help you level up in skill, confidence, and long-term career options while building solid foundations for future growth in complex B2B sales. **What you'll own and drive** - Own outbound prospecting and pipeline creation for a defined set of accounts - Research target accounts and decision-makers using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Create personalized, relevant outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events - Engage CISOs and security leaders in thoughtful, value-driven conversations - Collaborate closely with Account Executives to create qualified sales opportunities - Learn continuously through coaching, feedback, and experimentation **What success looks like** - In your first 3 months you'll: Complete our structured onboarding, learn how to engage senior security stakeholders confidently, and begin generating high-quality conversations and pipeline. - By month 6 you'll: Consistently meet outbound targets, demonstrate a deep understanding of international EMEA markets and the cybersecurity landscape, and build skills that translate into senior SDR roles or AE tracks. **What makes you thrive here** You have: - 1 to 2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR, preferably in SaaS - Native-level or fully business proficient English skills (additional business proficient language skills like German or French are a big plus!) - Experience with cold calling and multi-channel outbound - A coachable, resilient, and ambitious mindset - Curiosity about cybersecurity and complex B2B sales - Experience prospecting across multiple European markets Bonus points if you also: - Bring experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar **Who you'll work with** You will join a supportive, high-performing EMEA sales team where your ideas and initiative truly matter. As our SDRs say, this is one of the most energetic and inspired teams you will likely come across. You are expected to perform, but you are supported in every way to succeed. Your colleagues are a tight-knit group that has each other's backs, thriving in a "winning together" atmosphere where your ambition can flourish. **What you can expect from us** - Compensation: Monthly base salary of €3,000–€3,500 depending on your experience, plus a very competitive performance-based bonus. You may notice varying salary ranges for roles with similar titles across Hoxhunt; this is because each range is grounded in our role leveling and reflects the seniority, scope, and impact expectations required for that specific role and team, and we operate with a low hierarchy. - Working ways: Our SDR team works mainly onsite at our Helsinki office, at least three days a week, balancing collaborative in-person time with focused remote work. During onboarding, we expect you in the office every day. - High performance meets high humanity: We bring an incredibly driven, high-impact energy to our work, but we leave our egos at the door. You will be surrounded by wildly talented, dedicated colleagues in an environment built on extreme kindness, support, and psychological safety. - Authentic trust & autonomy: We hire great people and trust them to do great work. You will find a culture free of micromanagement, giving you the autonomy to take real ownership, drive impact, and shape things early on. - A product you can be proud of: It is incredibly rare in cybersecurity to build a multi-award-winning product that end-users genuinely love. You will join a team making a real, measurable impact against cybercrime. - The perks that matter: Alongside this amazing community, you will enjoy extensive healthcare with other benefits and our beautiful office in Helsinki (complete with a gym and swimming pool!). **Recruitment process** 1.
