Our SDRs are developed into future Account Executives and sales leaders through ongoing coaching and hands-on experience. ### Every Day Is Different One day you'll be meeting local business owners, another day you'll be prospecting new opportunities, presenting solutions, or closing your first deal. ### What You'll Do: ### Build Relationships - Prospect new customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and local business outreach. - Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges. - Identify opportunities where Dempsey can improve a customer's image, safety, and operational efficiency. ### Grow the Business - Present Dempsey's uniform and linen rental solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. - Manage the sales process from initial conversation through signed agreement for designated accounts. - Partner with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities while learning from experienced professionals. ### Stay Organized - Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within Salesforce. - Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects. - Achieve monthly activity, meeting, and revenue goals while continually developing your skills. --- ## ### What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree required (recent graduates are encouraged to apply) - 0-3 years of professional experience - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed - Positive attitude and willingness to learn through coaching - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently - Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally ### What's in it for you - **$50,000-$75,000+ first-year earning potential** - Competitive base salary - Uncapped commission plan - Performance bonuses - Car allowance and mileage reimbursement - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off and holidays - Professional sales training and ongoing coaching - Clear career path to Account Executive, Sales Specialist, or Sales Management
