If you thrive in a high-intensity, fast-changing environment and want your work to truly matter, you may do the best work of your life here. Role Overview: Ampa is hiring an outbound SDR to build top-of-funnel pipeline for our TMS system. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified demos through high-volume outbound prospecting: email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person visits where it makes sense Research and build targeted lists of clinics and providers in our core and expansion markets Craft creative, personalized outreach that cuts through the noise Qualify prospects and hand off warm, well-briefed meetings to the sales team Keep CRM data clean and pipeline activity fully documented Test and iterate on outreach messaging, sharing what works with the broader team What We’re Looking For: 1 to 3 years of outbound sales or SDR experience, or a demonstrated track record of hunger and resourcefulness that makes up for it A true hunter: persistent, creative, and undeterred by gatekeepers or unanswered emails Proven ability to find your way into accounts, whether that means sourcing contact info, working referrals, or showing up in person Strong written and verbal communication with genuine curiosity about the buyer Highly coachable, with the discipline to run a consistent daily outreach process Industry background is flexible. We care about aptitude and drive, not whether you have sold in healthcare before Why Join Ampa? Impact: Lead the growth of transformative mental health technologies. Growth: Thrive in a startup environment with rapid innovation. Stability: Enjoy startup benefits with a secure product line. Ownership: Receive substantial equity as an early team member. Logistics: Work Mode: Remote Location: US, East Coast Preferred Employment: Full-time Ampa is a pioneering neurotechnology startup developing brain stimulation technology to help eradicate depression . We will improve millions of lives by making this transformative treatment universally accessible. Joining us means you’ll be part of a rapidly growing startup with significant equity opportunities and a major impact on our future.
