Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for an ambitious, proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our growth by uncovering new client opportunities and building a robust pipeline of qualified leads. This is a fast-track opportunity with a clear path to promotion to Account Executive within 9 months for high performers. Your Mission: Your primary mission is to create momentum at the top of our sales funnel through strategic outbound activity. You will prospect target companies, map key decision-makers, and initiate meaningful discovery conversations to uncover customer goals and pain points. Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls with key stakeholders to understand their recruitment challenges and assess solution fit. Value Proposition Delivery: Clearly communicate the VONQ value proposition, making it relevant to HR, Talent Acquisition, and recruitment leaders. Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives to seamlessly hand over qualified leads, ensuring clear notes and context. CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate prospect tracking, record outreach activities, and track pipeline metrics in Salesforce/HubSpot.
